Flat Rate Schedules

Hardware Diagnosis, minimum bench fee

Clean Systems Install, OSX-OS9 includes the following
1. Immediate backup of data and applications
2. Format Hard Drive (don't worry we have your backup external)
3. Clean system install and updates to current extension versions
4. Internet / e-mail application install, setup preference merges
5. Restore customer data and applications from backup
6. Appropriate inversion application updates
7. Thorough testing of all software

Data Backup (documents folder, e-mail, preferences)
1. Immediate backup of data
2. Burn and verify data to CD media (up to 650mb, add 12.50/ CD)

Application Installs, from customers install CD/disks
1. Clean system install prerequisite
2. Will install up to 6 applications
3. Update application to appropriate inversion levels

NOTE! Only Original install disks/CD's with serial numbers will be accepted!

1. Includes battery, testing, resetting of KUDO/Date&Time
