Warranty and Return Policy

We anticipate that you will have many happy, productive
hours with the products you purchase at Darrad. We have inspected your
goods for completeness, but, if any shortages are noted please contact
us immediately. Should the need arise for repair/return, the following
rules do apply.
What is covered: All defects and any faulty workmanship in products purchased from Darrad. In all cases please contact Darrad first for disposition of repair or exchange. For items covered under a manufacturer's warranty Darrad will work through the manufacturer directly. Who is covered: You, as the first retail purchaser of this product, are covered under this warranty. If you sell or give this product to someone else, that person will not be covered under this warranty. For how long: Not to exceed one year from the first retail purchaser's date of purchase as indicated on the invoice. Other Conditions: This warranty does not apply if
the product has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized
repair. Use of equipment in a hazardous or unclean environment voids all
warranties. Darrad may use re manufactured, refurbished, or used parts
modules in making warranty repairs. We guarantee only that the parts installed by us will perform
satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of 1 year
after date of repair. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THERE IS NO
WARRANTY OR GUARANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE
SERVICES PERFORMED OR PARTS FURBISHED BY US, and we do not, of course,
make any guaranty with respect to any other parts. If repairs later become
necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.
Software updates and software based fixes by their very nature are not
warrantied. Software is covered from manufacturer's defect for 15 days after purchase with a receipt. After that, all other claims must be made directly to the manufacturer. Any unopened software may be returned within 15 days of receipt. (It is the customer's responsibility to back up software. Please don't ask us for copies of software, we will not provide them.) There is NO return of opened boxes of software on the basis of satisfaction of use; this is best taken up with the manufacturer of the software.
